This Privacy Policy describes how Barrelistics LLC (“Barrelistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase from barrelistics.com (the “Site”).

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we collect information about the pages and products you view, how you arrived at the Site, and how you interact with it. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect additional information including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number (“Order Information”). When we refer to “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information and Order Information.

Additional Information Collected for Regulated Products

Because Barrelistics manufactures and sells National Firearms Act (NFA)-regulated items, including suppressors, we may also collect:

  • Federal Firearms License (FFL) number and/or Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) designation for dealer and distributor customers
  • ATF Form 3 and Form 4 transfer information as required by federal law
  • Age verification information — purchasers of NFA items must be 21 years of age or older (or the applicable minimum age under their state’s law)
  • State of residence, to verify legal authorization to acquire NFA items in the buyer’s jurisdiction

This information is collected as required by the National Firearms Act (26 U.S.C. Chapter 53), the Gun Control Act of 1968 (18 U.S.C. Chapter 44), and applicable ATF regulations (27 C.F.R. Part 479).

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use Order Information to:

  • Fulfill orders placed through the Site, including processing payment and arranging shipment
  • Comply with federal and state firearms laws and ATF recordkeeping requirements
  • Screen orders for potential risk or fraud
  • Communicate with you regarding your order, account, or our products and services
  • When consistent with your preferences, provide information about products or promotions that may be of interest to you

We use Device Information to screen for potential risk and fraud and to improve and optimize Site performance.

Legal Recordkeeping Obligations

As a federally licensed firearms manufacturer and dealer, Barrelistics is required by the ATF to maintain acquisition and disposition records for a minimum of 20 years. Records related to NFA item transfers are subject to mandatory retention requirements under federal law. These records may be disclosed to the ATF, the FBI, or other federal or state law enforcement agencies in connection with lawful inspections, investigations, or legal process, regardless of any individual deletion request.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share your Personal Information with:

  • Service Providers – Including WooCommerce (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, and shipping carriers who assist in operating the Site and fulfilling orders. These parties are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
  • Government Authorities – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF); the Federal Bureau of Investigation (for NICS background check purposes); and other federal or state agencies as required by law, in response to a lawful subpoena or search warrant, or in connection with an ATF compliance inspection.
  • Legal Protection – To comply with applicable laws, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Barrelistics, our customers, or others.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Purchasers of NFA items must be 21 years of age or older (or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete that information promptly.

Do Not Track

We do not alter our data collection and use practices in response to Do Not Track signals from your browser.

Your Rights

Data Retention

We retain Order Information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including a minimum 20-year ATF recordkeeping requirement for NFA transfer records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Device Information is retained as needed to operate and improve the Site.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
