Important — NFA Items Are Subject to Special Restrictions
Suppressors and other NFA items are regulated by the ATF under the National Firearms Act. Once an ATF Form 3 or Form 4 has been submitted and approved, reversing a transfer requires initiating a new ATF transfer back to Barrelistics, which requires additional ATF processing and applicable fees. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled without penalty prior to ATF form submission.
- Once an ATF Form 3 or Form 4 has been submitted to the ATF, cancellation is subject to a 15% restocking fee and may require the buyer to bear the cost of any reverse-transfer process required.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@barrelistics.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
Returns — NFA Items (Suppressors)
Due to the regulated nature of NFA items, returns on suppressors are strictly limited:
Defective or Damaged Items: If your suppressor arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@barrelistics.com. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund. See the Warranty section below.
Incorrect Item Shipped: If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will coordinate the corrective transfer at no cost to you.
All Other Returns: NFA items that have been transferred to a dealer or end user are generally non-returnable due to ATF regulatory requirements. Case-by-case exceptions are subject to a 15% restocking fee, compliance with all applicable ATF transfer requirements, and the buyer’s responsibility for all transfer costs and return shipping.
Returns — Non-NFA Items
For non-regulated products (accessories, components, optics), we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-NFA returns
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for all returns
To initiate a return, email info@barrelistics.com with “Return Request” in the subject line before shipping anything back. Items returned without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect all items immediately upon receipt. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For non-NFA items, initiate a return per the process above and place a new order for the desired replacement item once your return is accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- NFA items after ATF transfer completion (unless defective — see Warranty below)
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned without prior written authorization
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Product Warranty
Barrelistics suppressors are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. Warranty claims should be directed to info@barrelistics.com with a description of the issue and photographic evidence where applicable. Warranty service does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, use of improper or obstructed ammunition, or normal wear and tear.
