Important — NFA Regulated Items
Suppressors are National Firearms Act (NFA) items regulated under 26 U.S.C. Chapter 53 and 27 C.F.R. Part 479. Federal law prohibits shipping NFA items directly to an individual’s home address. All suppressor orders are subject to the following requirements:
- ATF transfer approval is required before any suppressor ships. No item will be released for shipment until the applicable ATF transfer form has been approved.
- Dealer-to-dealer transfers (SOT customers): Require an approved ATF Form 3. eForms processing for SOT-to-SOT transfers is generally completed within a few business days, though times may vary.
- End-user transfers: Require an approved ATF Form 4 and payment of the $200 NFA tax. Processing times vary based on ATF workload. Current ATF processing estimates are available at www.atf.gov.
- Suppressors will only ship to the FFL/SOT dealer address listed on the approved ATF transfer form. Direct-to-consumer shipment of NFA items is not permitted under federal law.
- It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify that suppressor ownership is lawful in their state and locality prior to placing an order.
Where We Ship
NFA items (suppressors): Domestic United States shipments to licensed FFL/SOT dealers only. We do not ship NFA items internationally. Export of firearms, suppressors, and related components may require authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 C.F.R. Parts 120–130). Barrelistics does not offer export or international shipping services.
Non-NFA items (accessories, optics, components): Shipped to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses, subject to applicable state and local laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any item ordered is legal to receive in their jurisdiction.
Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. During high-volume periods or due to production scheduling, processing times may be extended. We will communicate material delays by email.
Please note: Order processing time, ATF transfer processing time, and carrier transit time are all separate. The total time from order placement to receipt of a suppressor reflects all three.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product ordered and the shipping method selected, and are displayed at checkout. We ship via reputable common carriers (UPS, FedEx). Signature upon delivery is required for all NFA item shipments. Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to purchased items pass to the recipient upon delivery to the carrier. Barrelistics is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend purchasing carrier shipping insurance for all orders.
Compliance Responsibility
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, transfer, possession, transportation, and use of NFA items. Barrelistics reserves the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the transaction may not be in compliance with applicable law, with a full refund issued to the buyer.
